Had the apartment and it was well-equipped and well-appointed with a balcony.

The friendly staff provided excellent local dining recommendations.
Unfortunately, I encountered some challenges . The lighting design in the room was quite frustrating, as the lights would automatically turn on and off every few seconds, disrupting my relaxation. It was disappointing that a so-called superior room didn't provide a seamless experience.

My room was comfortable with good light (both artificial and natural). The bathroom was spacious, with a nice sized shower and places to put things. The breakfast had many nice choices, including fruit, and the individually made coffees were very good.
The location was a little inconvenient, but wouldn't stop me from booking it again..

The hotel was nicely renovated and clean. It's just a few minutes walk to the Opera colosseum, conveniently located. The bus stop to the train station was also directly across the street and made it more convenient to travel. Breakfast room was also nice and there was a good selection of foods available. Free internet was a bonus. We would stay here again.
The washroom/shower was a bit small.

The location was perfect for exploring Verona, and the junior suite was spacious and quiet, ideal for my family and our nephew. We loved that breakfast was just 5 euros for adults. It offered decent selections to start our day. Plus, there were great local restaurants nearby!
My wife says that the parking situation was quite inconvenient.

We are very grateful to the hotel staff - they were very attentive and helpful to us! They did a lot and helped us very much in difficult situation (when my husband had problems with health and our insurance company refused him).We would like to thank them!

We liked the location, because it's walking distance to the old part of the Verona. Hotel staff is very polite and helping. Hotel is new and modern. As travel journalist I can recommend it to everybody traveling to Verona.

We were due to stay in another hotel but cancelled in view of the disruption to travel from the volcanic ash. This hotel was booked the day before departure and what a good decision it turned out to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was very good, particularly on the Sunday with the mini bowls of mozarella cheese with tomatoes. Actually had freshly brewed coffee available instead of coffee available via a machine
The air conditioning not that effective in the room we had the first night and the room was very hot. In view of the noise from the street, you couldn't sleep with the window open. However, the staff were very helpful and we were moved to a quieter room without any fuss.

Personnel tres accueillant et multilingue. Chambre grande, agreable, propre. Le petit-dejeuner excellentissime.
La proximité de la grande artère et donc le bruit. Nous conseillons vivement de demander une chambre côté cour.

The location of the hotle and the design of the room which maximized what is, in acutality, a very small space.
The elevator was incredibly small and to suggest four adults could squeeze in it is a complete joke.
